	Ayninur Günes is a founding partner and director of the board of Demak A.S. since 1983 advising foreign companies investing in Turkey in areas of foreign capital investment legislation, corporate establishment, branch opening, utilizing investment initiatives, allocation of land and tax planning. She established Mortgage Financial Company in coordination with Great Circle, and Interfed to manage the construction of many important property developments. Prior to that, she was also a founding partner of Iberotel -Turkey and has been a general manager of Taksim Hotel Management as well as a director of the board of Vakiflar Turizm and Soytas Tatil She has been a member of the executive committee of The Marmara Hotels in Istanbul. Ayninur studied Business Administration at the University of Bern, Switzerland.
	Bruno A. Wyss implements restructuring and refinancing measures and procures the necessary refinancing. He is the current President of the Expert Committee of the BVF for Banking, Insurance and Financial Planning. As a Managing Director of UBS he was previously Head of Recovery Management for Zürich, eastern and southern Switzerland. Previously he has been a Managing Director of Hypothekar- und Handelsbank Winterthur. He is a Chartered Banking Expert and absolved an Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
	Daniel H. Brüllmann founded this firm to optimise capital structure and arrange the most convenient financing instruments for medium corporate and property developments. He teaches corporate finance and valuation to future banking experts. He has been Head of Loan Syndication at UBS Business Banking being responsible for the distribution of loans to corporations, for acquisitions, management buy-outs, including in crossover and distressed situations or to local communities as well as project financing such as waste incinerating or sewage treatment plants. Previously he was responsible for the start-up, growth and investment financing of Berner Kantonalbank and project manager for the restructuring and liquidation of non performing loans of Dezennium Finanz. He also managed some real-estate development companies in Switzerland and in Spain. Daniel graduated with a dissertation on Competitive Strategies after his business administration studies at Bocconi University in Milan, and continued his education in Financial Management at Stanford University in Palo Alto.
